The app does not use: contacts, call log, location, microphone, the phone's files or photos, or the advertising ID. It contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

bKash, NAGAD, 16216 (Rocket) and upay.The address of the merchant's site, the device ID, the list of allowed senders, the site's licence certificate, the time of the last successful contact and the number of messages sent that day; allow-listed messages that are waiting to be sent (deleted from the phone as soon as the site has accepted them); and the device's secret key (in the Android Keystore). None of this is included in Android cloud backups or device-to-device transfers.
The only purpose of using this data is to verify, on the merchant's own site, payments made to the merchant's own account. After pairing, the app asks for the SMS permission and shows on screen which senders' messages will be sent. If the permission is not granted, or is later withdrawn in the phone's settings, the app receives no SMS.

The plugin keeps the following in the merchant's own WordPress database. This data does not come to us.

লাইসেন্স সার্ভার মার্চেন্টের সাইটকে একটি স্বল্পমেয়াদি স্বাক্ষরিত সার্টিফিকেট দেয় (তাতে থাকে ডোমেইন, পণ্যের নাম ও মেয়াদ)। সাইট সেটি অ্যাপকে দেখায়, আর অ্যাপ সেটি ফোনেই যাচাই করে; এ জন্য অ্যাপকে আমাদের সার্ভারে যোগাযোগ করতে হয় না।
লাইসেন্স কেনার সময় এই ওয়েবসাইটে আপনি যে তথ্য দেন (নাম, ই-মেইল, বিলিংয়ের তথ্য, অর্ডার), তা এই ওয়েবসাইটের সাধারণ প্রাইভেসি নীতির আওতায় পড়ে। লাইসেন্সের রেকর্ডে আপনার নাম, ই-মেইল ও অর্ডার নম্বর থাকে, যাতে আমরা লাইসেন্স পাঠাতে ও সাপোর্ট দিতে পারি।
The plugin contacts our licence server (nexoraforward.com) when a licence is activated, once a day to check the licence, when a licence is deactivated, when it looks for an update and when it downloads an update file. The merchant's server then sends us:
nexora-forward-pay) and the plugin's file name, a random number for each request, and an ID of the licence activation;What we store: the domain a licence is active on, the time of activation, the time of the last check, and the IP address and User-Agent recorded when the licence was activated. For security we keep a log with: a hash and the first four characters of the key, the kind of action (activation, check, update, download), the domain, the IP address, the User-Agent, the result and the time. Rows of this log older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
What the licence server does not receive: any payment, customer data, SMS, gateway number, information about paired phones or any other content of your site.
The licence server gives the merchant's site a short-lived signed certificate (it contains the domain, the product name and its validity). The site shows it to the app and the app verifies it on the phone; the app does not need to contact our server for this.
The information you give on this website when you buy a licence (name, e-mail address, billing details, order) falls under the general privacy policy of this website. The licence record holds your name, e-mail address and order number so that we can deliver the licence and give support.

অ্যাপ থেকে আমাদের কাছে কোনো তথ্য আসে না, তাই অ্যাপের তথ্য মোছার জন্য আমাদের কাছে আবেদনের প্রয়োজন হয় না: অ্যাপে Disconnect চাপুন বা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করুন, এবং মার্চেন্টের সাইট থেকে ফোনটি Remove করুন।
Write to support@nexoraforward.com from the e-mail address of your licence. We will delete your licence and its activation records (domain, IP address, User-Agent); the licence then stops working. Accounting and order records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period. The security log deletes itself after 90 days.
No data comes to us from the app, so there is nothing to request from us for the app: tap Disconnect or uninstall the app, and remove the phone on the merchant's site.

The plugin and the app are made for business use and are not directed at children. They are not meant to be used by anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

When what the app or the plugin collects or transmits changes, we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above. Important changes (for example a new permission or a new destination) will also be announced in the release notes of the app and, where possible, at the e-mail address of your licence.
