These Terms of Service apply when you buy or use Nexora Forward Pro and other products sold at nexoraforward.com by Nexora Forward Web Solution (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your licence

Each purchase gives you a licence to use the plugin on the number of sites your plan allows. The licence is for your own stores or your clients’ stores. You may not resell, share or redistribute the plugin or your licence key.

2. Plans and renewal

Licences are sold as Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime plans, in the tiers shown on the pricing page. Monthly and Yearly licences stay active while the term is paid. When a term ends without renewal, premium modules and updates stop until you renew. A Lifetime licence does not expire.

3. Upgrades

You can move to a higher tier or a longer plan at any time. What you have already paid is taken into account in the upgrade price.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Payment is taken at checkout through the methods offered there, including bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Updates and support

An active licence includes plugin updates and support from our team during office hours, Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm (Bangladesh time).

7. Fair use

You agree not to bypass licence checks, activate the licence on more sites than your plan allows, or use the plugin for anything unlawful. We may suspend a licence that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Third-party services

Some modules connect to services run by others, such as couriers, payment providers, SMS gateways, Facebook and TikTok. Their availability, pricing and rules are theirs, and you need your own accounts with them.

9. Warranty and liability

We work to keep the plugin reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
